As a statewide association of service providers, the Ohio Provider Resource Association (OPRA) provides leadership to collaboratively shape the service system to most meet the needs of our ultimate customer, the individual with mental retardation and developmental disabilities (MR/DD).

The Ohio Legal Rights Service (OLRS) is an independent state agency and the federally and state designated Protection and Advocacy system and Client Assistance Program for people with disabilities in the State of Ohio. The mission of the OLRS is to protect and guarantee the human, civil, and legal rights of Ohioans with disabilities.

The mission of PAR is to offer quality training, professional development and networking opportunities to enhance services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
