SOCOG’s Quarterly SSA Training
Service and Support Administrators from SOCOG’s 15 member County Boards are invited to learn and share information in an informal and fun atmosphere. All participants are given the opportunity to learn about relevant updates in the field and problem solve with fellow professionals. SSA’s are encouraged to request topics and speakers for the upcoming meetings and SOCOG staff arranges all of the details.
These training sessions are held on a quarterly basis at the Ross County Government Center located at 475 Western Avenue, Chillicothe, Ohio. Meeting dates are decided at the beginning of the year with reminders and agendas being sent out prior to each meeting. Meetings begin at 10 am and are ODMRDD approved for 3 CEU’s. Lunch, snacks and beverages are provided at a cost of $5.00 per participant.
